Dermatologic surgery – Electrocoagulation

The clinic offers services of electrocoagulation utilizing modern equipment. The procedure is characterized by removal of skin lesions via electrical current under topical anaesthesia , while the patient does not experience any pain.

The following lesions can be removed via this method:

  • condylomata;
  • solar keratosis;
  • basal cell carcinoma;
  • keratoacanthoma;
  • seborrheic verruca, etc.

Antiseptics are applied after the procedure and the follow-up is held in the outpatient sector. No hospitalization is required.

Tiny scarring may occur after electrocoagulation but it disappears with time.
